Last year, she told Fashion Magazine, “I definitely take my curls for granted. Society has looked down on big hair. Oftentimes, women are made to feel that they are not curly hair can be professional or “appropriate.” So, we’ve felt it our duty to straighten it. Fortunately, now, we appreciate the big, fluffy curls ours, and we still have the choice to do it if we want to and just have fun with it.”
