Alexa nuzzled her nose cutely into Carlos’ cheek as he wrapped his arms around his wife and smiled for the camera.
A second photo showed the Nickelodeon star cradling Alexa’s growing bump while holding up four fingers, symbolizing that this baby will join the couple’s three children: Ocean6, Kingston4, and Rio2.
