Attorney at Law episode 2?
It’s always a little difficult to determine if you’ve clicked with a series after just one episode, so She-Hulk: Attorney at Law audiences will be happy to return for Part 2.
Created by Jessica Gao for Disney+, the show is the eighth show in the MCU so far and finally brings the title character from Marvel Comics to life in live action.
At the center of the project is Jennifer Walters (played by Tatiana Maslany) as she navigates her personal and professional life. In episode 2 she gets fired but soon reluctantly takes a new position.
She’s assigned to take on the Emil Blonsky case (Tim Roth reprises the role) and calls Bruce to tell him she’s defending the abomination. As it turns out, the Hulk is too busy with his own sidequest…
Where is Bruce going in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law Episode 2?
Bruce appears on a spaceship that is heading towards Sakaar.
In Episode 1, we see Jennifer and Bruce’s car conversation interrupted by a Sakkaran Class A courier craft, and Bruce discovers that someone on that planet is trying to contact him for a mysterious reason.
As you may know, Shakar was the planet that had the Hulk during its events Thor: RagnarokSo it’s implied that someone from his past needs to tell him something urgently.
With that in mind, Episode 2 is the latest step in assuring viewers that Bruce will solve the mystery.
It’s uncertain when he’ll reach his destination but it’s essentially a given that we’ll find out the truth behind Hulk’s deep connection to Sakaar in a later episode.
The Hulk has a rich history with Sakkar
She-Hulk creator Jessica Gao recently sat down for a conversation with The Direct, and she explained why Sucker’s Hulk history is essential to determining why he’s roaming space in Episode 2:
“Well, I’ll just say, you know, he spent a lot of time off-planet, as seen in Thor: Ragnarok. And, we got to see a little bit of what his life was like when he was on that planet.”
As The Digital Fix highlighted, the Planet Hulk comic books that featured the Hulk on the planet above also revealed that he had a wife and son there.
He falls in love with a warrior named Kaiera and they share a child together, Scar.
With this in mind, it’s possible that Attorney at Law will be exiting the comics and establishing Hulk’s Sakaar family as MCU canon.
