A busy trade deadline for the Chicago Blackhawks took another turn on Thursday, as Max Domi will likely be headed to the Dallas Stars.
According to reports from Frank Seravalli of Daily Faceoff and Sportsnet’s Eric Engels, a small goaltender also goes to the Stars in the deal. In exchange, the Blackhawks would receive a second-round draft pick and veteran guard Anton Khudobin.
Seravalli said that the agreement has not yet been completed, and both sides are still working on it.
Domi, who turned 28 on Thursday, signed a one-year deal with the Blackhawks before this season, and has been one of the team’s most dynamic offensive players, with 18 goals and 31 assists. ‘ help in 60 games.
