Their love story turned years later with Pammy apply for divorce after claims of physical abuse.
But the pair’s whirlwind wedding was something straight out of a fairy tale.
Although the romance from the outside was shaky, it seemed like it was love at first sight for the American musician.
“The first thing he said to me was, ‘I’m going to marry you’.” Anderson told Larry King in 2002.
“And I said, ‘What, nobody ever told me that in the first sentence.’
Before their eloping in Cancun, the couple had briefly met just six weeks earlier at a nightclub on Hollywood’s sunset strip.

Anderson met Lee on New Year’s Eve in 1994 at the Sanctuary nightclub where she told Movieline magazine that year that the drummer had licked her face.
“I thought he was a cool, friendly, nice guy. I gave him my number,” she told the magazine.
Talking to The New York Post in 2021, the blonde beauty remembered just weeks later that the musician called her and asked to meet.
Anderson was heading to Mexico for a photo shoot when she got a call from Lee.
“‘You’re going after me?'” Anderson said Lee responded.

“I asked him not to come down there. He said, ‘Okay. I’ll see you later.’ I thought it was a strange way to end the conversation.”
Anderson turned out to be right on the mark when Lee went to Cancun to surprise the model at her hotel, the Ritz-Carlton.
The model later told King in 2022 that she found Lee’s big move “romantic”.
But Lee wouldn’t let him into the hotel. Instead, the couple had their first date at a bar in Cancun.
The famous couple quickly fell in love over three days before the musician decided to pop the question.

In the 2001 biography of his band Mötley Crue, The dirt, Lee recalled praising the Bay Watch star at a disco in Mexico called La Boom.
The proposal was very sweet and sweet as Lee said: “I took off my pinky ring, put it on her finger and asked her to marry me.”
“She said yes, kissed me and put her tongue down my throat.”
After the proposal, it was a quick 24-hour turnaround to the couple’s gorgeous barefoot Cancun beach wedding.
According to Lee, the couple had obtained a marriage license and asked the Ritz-Carlton staff to find an employee for the ceremony.
“We gave blood, issued a marriage license and were on the beach getting married before the day was over,” Lee wrote in the biography.
But nothing about the hastily put together wedding was ordinary.
Although partners traditionally exchange rings in the wedding procession, Pam and Tommy chose something “more permanent” revealed the musician.

The two lovers decided to make their love eternal with tattoos of each other’s names on their ring fingers as mobile wedding bands.
Anderson later opened up to The New York Post about the unconventional detail in her first wedding to Lee, where she got a ‘Tommy’ tattoo on her left finger.
According to the Playboy model, she chose to show her commitment to marriage through ink instead of a diamond because she doesn’t like jewelry.
