“The rest of the $32 billion that left-wing billionaire George Soros poured into his organizations to spread his radical ‘open society’ agenda is on abortion,” Marxist, anti-American economics, a ‘support for the police, environmental terrorism and LGBT fanaticism around the world has paid dividends,’ wrote MRC business analysts Joseph Vazquez and Daniel Schneider.

“In fact, his funding has helped him establish connections with some of the biggest media personalities in the United States and abroad who help to sway millions with his views on a daily basis. MRC Business found at least 54 key media figures linked to Soros through their connections to organizations he funds,” Vazquez and Schneider continued. “These include people like ‘NBC Nightly News’ anchor Lester Holt and Washington Post editor Sally Buzbee.

Left-wing BILLIONAIRE GEORGE SOROS funneled at least $131 million to media organizations from 2016-2020, study finds

MRC Business, which is part of the conservative Media Research Centre, published the final report of a three-part series exploring the extent of Soros’ influence on the international media. The previous investigation revealed that Soros blocked at least $131 million between 2016 and 2020 to influence 253 media organizations.

“This network of media connections allows Soros to have significant influence over what stories the media covers, how they cover those stories, and what stories they don’t cover,” he wrote. Vazquez and Schneider.

The investigation found at least 54 media figures linked to Soros’ money, including Bloomberg News co-founder Matthew Winkler and CNN’s Christiane Amanpour.

“The others include reporters, anchors, columnists, editors, news officers and journalists affiliated with organizations such as ABC, CBS, NPR, Bloomberg News, Reuters, The New York Times and several additional centers,” wrote Vazquez and Schneider.

GEORGE SOROS CAN CONTROL GLOBAL MEDIA WITH LINKS TO AT LEAST 253 ORGANIZATIONS, STUDY FINDS

Many of the media figures are linked to Soros through the Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ), which received 2.7 million from Soros-backed organizations. Winkler Holt, Buzbee and Amanpour are among the CPJ board members.

The MRC found examples of several CPJ board members defending Soros in their news, both subtly and forcefully.

Not all media pressure is linked to Soros’ money in front of the camera. NBCUniversal News Group Chairman Cesar Conde, who runs NBC News, MSNBC and CNBC, is also linked to Soros’ money through the Aspen Institute, which gave the NBC honcho his Henry Crown Fellowship. Soros groups gave more than $1.1 million to the Aspen Institute between 2016 and 2020, according to the study.
