Making Madame Web It Was ‘Wild’, says filming wrapped

Little is known about what’s next at Sony Madame Web movie, but star Dakota Johnson revealed in a recent interview that filming has ended. The actress also talked about the experience of playing a superhero.

In a recent interview with Variety, Johnson revealed that the original filming had revolved around and described the “wild experience” of filming a superhero movie.

“It was a wild experience,” Johnson said. “I don’t think you can be prepared to go into anything like that, but I learned so much. It’s a completely different way of making movies, you know? And then, I went into making one of my company’s tiny films right after that, so I got a real taste of different types of cinema last year.”

Created by writer Denny O’Neil and artist John Romita Jr. in 1980, Madame Web is a blind psychologist who has been very involved in the world of Spider-Man due to her connection to “The Great Web,” a multiverse construct that binds all “Spider” characters together across the multiverse.
