Season 2 left us with several threads that would make for an interesting third season. Carmy, who was locked in the walk-in fridge for most of Friends & Family night, has to deal with the fallout of her fake breakup with Claire, which ended in a terrible fight with Richie. As Carmy was trapped, the team continued without her, with Sydney leading the way.

Marcus asked Sydney, and things got very awkward for them before Friends & Family night. These two clearly have chemistry, but will their work dynamic stop them from going the romantic route? Marcus also missed a series of calls from his mother’s nurse, an ominous thought that could mean heartbreak for Marcus in season 3.

The bear it looks like season 3 will be all about the opening of the restaurant and whether it can stay afloat after so many big changes. Natalie is also due to give birth soon, so her absence could put pressure on The Bear team.

“I think what I’m interested in exploring is just how to continue on the path to aspire to greatness,” Lionel Boyce told Date about his hopes for season 3. “It’s just a passion story. All the writers do such a good job of building unique stories for each character, so I’m excited to see where they take it. But for me, I would like to explore that. This season, for me, was a lot about just finding out that there is a path to greatness and seeing what it takes to get there. So I’d like to see it as one step closer to it and see what comes of that – good and bad.
