Russia said on Monday it would resume its embargo on Ukrainian grain, ending the UN-backed Black Sea Grain Campaign that has helped maintain emergency food supplies and reducing food prices around the world. “Corn, soybeans and wheat went up today as a result of this decision,” National Security Council spokesman John Kirby said of Monday’s prices. “We are seeing the impact now.”
