Shah Rukh Khan starrer Pathaan did an unexpected and impressive business at the box office emerging as the biggest and highest grossing Hindi blockbuster. The Siddharth Anand directorial is part of the Yash Raj Films franchise universe including the Tiger series and WAR. To make it a universe the action thriller had Tiger and Pathaan. Salman Khan’s cameo as Tiger in Pathaan was recorded as one of the best scenes in the film and their bond will continue in Tiger 3 as well.
It was recently reported that Shah Rukh Khan has a week-long schedule to shoot his scenes for Tiger 3. It is said that Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan will undergo an adrenaline rush for 7 days to complete their action sequence filmed. A source close to the development told us that the scenes of Tiger 3 were revised after the release of Pathaan. The makers of Tiger 3 changed the scenes of Salman and SRK after Pathaan’s reaction. While amazing scenes and great dialogues were already written everything was changed.
Their screen time together in Tiger 3 was increased and the most interesting and appropriate scenes were added. Even though the shooting of the third chapter was completed the makers waited to shoot Salman Khan and SRK’s part till the release of Pathaan. They wanted to see the audience’s reaction to their look in Pathaan and were waiting for a better change.
This is not the first time that two superstars of the industry appeared together in a film. After sharing the screen in Karan’s flagship film Arjun the two were seen together playing cameos in each other’s films earlier as well. Salman played a cameo in Shah Rukh Khan’s 2018 film Zero. On the other hand, SRK was featured in a brief role in Tubelight. However, these scenes got a clear response and Pathaan’s cameo became a rage. Maybe that’s the reason why the makers of Tiger 3 wanted to do it carefully and now they are going to expand it.
Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan is shooting for Jawan at Atlee which also stars Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi. Jawan is slated to hit theaters on June 2, 2023. On the other hand, Salman Khan is gearing up for his much awaited film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. The film is slated to open in theaters on Eid 2023.
