Steven Yeun’s ‘Thunderbolts’ Character Revealed

Even though it was pushed back as a mash-up of other Marvel movies, it seems we know a little more than we should about it Thunderbolts.

Speculation has run rampant about who Steven Yeun might be portraying in the film, and it looks like we finally know thanks to one of Yeun’s good friends. Robert Kirkman, creator The walking dead and unbelievable comics, recently spilled the beans during a YouTube interview with artist David Finch. Yeun appeared on the TV show of The walking dead and also voices the title character on the animated series of Invincible.d

When asked about the movie, Kirkman said “My good friend Steven Yeun plays the Sentry in a movie.

It is already confirmed that Yeun is in Thunderboltsand so that’s basically the only movie that could be.

“Yes, [Yeun] I called me and he said, ‘I’ve just come back from a fitting for the Sentry. I guess I only do superheroes that are yellow and blue.’ He said he was at the suit and he was like, ‘Aww, crap. I forgot Invincible was yellow and blue.'”

Kirkman said: “I don’t think this is vandalism or anything that will trouble anyone. I don’t know, maybe. We will see. I don’t care. I don’t work for Marvel. What are they going to do to me?”

Sentry is a very interesting character. While on the surface he is a good guy, he has a big dark side. That dark side manifests as an alter-ego called “The Void,” which constantly threatens to take over his body.
