Two days ago, Sushmita Sen he made a post on social media that shocked everyone. She revealed that she suffered a heart attack and had to undergo angioplasty. In a lengthy note, Sushmita Sen revealed that she had to have a stent fitted and was lucky to get timely help. She is recovering well and is back home. The actress has now shared her first video post after recovery to thank everyone who wished her well. Sushmita Sen thanked her fans for sending positive energy and revealed that her house is like a garden full of flowers. She thanked everyone from the doctors to the hospital security guards who helped her get back on her feet. She also made sure that everyone respects privacy and that things are kept private.

Sushmita Sen opened up about suffering a heart attack and revealed that there was a 95 percent blockage in her main artery. She advised everyone not to give up the gym and exercise as she feels that her active lifestyle helped her recover from such a massive heart attack. She was quoted as saying, “I know a lot of you stop going to the gym and say, ‘it didn’t help her’, but that’s not good. It helped me. I survived a massive heart attack . It was massive with a 95 percent blockage in the main artery, I survived because I have maintained an active lifestyle.” The diva also said that the incident did not scare her and that it was just a phase and it will pass.
