Tom Sandoval tried to break up with Ariana Madix before their relationship came to light because ‘they had stopped having sex’??

No matter how heartbroken Ariana Madix can, Tom Sandoval looks like we hope we all cut him some slack for cheating on her!

The whole Vanderpump Rules the team has been involved in the Scandoval between their co-stars Ariana, Tom, and Raquel Leviss for last week. As we’re sure you know by now, Ariana and Tom (who had been together for nine years) acrimoniously broke up last Wednesday after Ariana discovered that her beau had been sneaking with Raquel for seven months!

The result of this discovery has had a profound effect on the whole Bravo community, especially since no one—not even Miz Lisa Vanderpump or Andrew Cohen – suspicion that there was something wrong between the couple! But according to a new messenger for The sun of the USAthis break shouldn’t come as a surprise to the 37-year-old, despite the surprising way things ended.

Opening up to the outlet on Wednesday, a source said Ariana and Tom’s relationship had been on the decline before their relationship came to light, they missed:

“Tom and Ariana’s relationship was not perfect. They had problems in the last few months. “

It seems that these “issues” were mostly related to the bedroom, the insider continued:

“They hadn’t been close in a while. There came a point where they stopped having sex.”

Juice…. just ’cause they weren’t having sex, he thought it was okay to go around with (probably) *multiple* other women behind his long-term partner’s back?! Mkay.

The source did not elaborate on the relationship problems, other than to say that things were bad enough TomTom a co-owner “tried to break up with Ariana before.” For reasons unknown, they never divorced, however. It’s not clear when the businessman tried to end things – like, was it before or after he and Raquel started getting cozy?! A very important distinction to make! In our opinion, it doesn’t look like “the past few months” are how things went downhill for the long-time couple…it certainly hasn’t half a year ago. So, Tom still has a lot of explaining to do! Because no matter how imperfect a relationship is, it’s no excuse to start cheating! Break things off and then move on to something new. It’s really not that hard!

As to why the bankruptcy efforts never resulted in a split, source for Page Six also argued that the musician was “concerned” about Ariana’s “mental health” and that’s why he didn’t come forward about the matter earlier. But, um, let’s say this situation is much worse than what would have happened if he had handled this privately first!

Anyway, it seems that the source is just trying to turn this PR crisis in Tom’s favor. Who else would argue that it was okay for him to cheat?! Also, we know Tom has been saying similar things to his ex! Wednesday, Kristen Doute said on the Sex, Love, and What Else Matters podcast:

“That surprised me [that Tom wasn’t acting very apologetic]. He was blaming her [Ariana] and lighting it. Like, ‘You know we weren’t happy and you know, you weren’t supportive of my efforts.'”

Again, no amount of unhappiness makes it right to sleep around! Maybe it’s good that the relationship ended eventually if Tom couldn’t figure this out before he cheated… Thoughts?! Sound OFF (below)!
