Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has warned Russia that Kyiv’s men will not return from Bakhmut.

Troops are still fighting bloody fighting in the city, and recent reports have suggested that Ukraine may withdraw tactically after Russian troops overran it.

However, Zelesnky said: “I told the chief of staff to find the appropriate forces to help the boys in Bakhmut. There is no part of Ukraine that anyone can say can be abandoned.”

The President of Ukraine had been meeting with Valerii Zaluzhnyi, the commander-in-chief of the armed forces, and Oleksandr Syrskyi, the commander of the ground forces of Ukraine.
