The last time we caught up with the cast of “Vanderpump Rules,” things were a mess. During the season 10 reunion in May, things came to a head between Ariana Madix, her ex Tom Sandoval, and Raquel Leviss, with the latter two having been secretly dating for months right under Madix’s nose . The truth was first revealed in March, after season 10 finished filming, but cameras went back up to capture the drama. The rest of the team – including Scheana Shay, Katie Maloney, Lala Kent, and James Kennedy – were just as adamant about the betrayal as it was going back through their group of friends. On Nov. 3 at BravoCon, Bravo released a teaser trailer for season 11 — which premieres in January — and the drama picks up right where we left off, even though Leviss isn’t back for the new episodes.
The trailer has a more sophisticated version of the show’s iconic theme song, and it shows intense fights between Madix and Sandoval, who are still living together in the home they bought. Looks like Lisa Vanderpump is trying to get married some sympathies for Sandoval, but will that ever be possible? We’ll have to wait to find out.
As for the team, we have some idea of what they’ve been up to since the reunion. Sandoval and Leviss seem to have parted ways for good, and Madix has moved on with a new romance of her own. Madix is also tearing up the dance floor this fall on “Dancing With the Stars.” Meanwhile, Tom Schwartz appeared on Fox’s “Stars on Mars” and Sandoval went on a short tour of “The Masked Singer.”
