A small propeller plane skidded over the runway as it landed at an airport in Texas, before it skidded into a passing car on a nearby road.
Footage captured by attendant Jack Schneider showed the plane crashed through a fence during its emergency landing.
“I saw the plane coming down the runway so fast I knew it didn’t have time to stop,” Mr Schneider told local news broadcaster WFAA-TV on Saturday.
“It was clear he was going too fast, the tires were smoking.”
The driver of the car was taken to hospital with minor injuries, while the two occupants of the plane were not injured.
The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the cause of the crash.
