Amanda Knox and her then-boyfriend, Raffaele Sollecito, were wrongly convicted in the 2007 murder of Meredith Kercher in Italy. The court also ordered a new trial at the Court of Appeal in Florence. “We are both victims of the violation of my human rights,” she wrote. The 36-year-old also added “urgent pressure on the police”.
