All funds from the event go to the G-Unity Foundation and G-Unity Business Lab, along with the Houston Independent School District, to support students’ educational endeavors, particularly in business. Trey Songz hasn’t answered 50 percent at this point, however, since the beginning of the year he’s been extremely quiet as several women have accused him of sexual assault. He had a mini week last month after a witness admitted that a lawyer had promised to pay her off assuming she lied about witnessing Trey Songz assault a woman. That matter has not yet been decided. He is still facing charges and an upcoming civil lawsuit by former UNLV basketball player Dylan Gonzalez, who accused him of assaulting her at a Las Vegas hotel.
