Will worsening US relations with Beijing affect EU-China trade? | TV Shows

0 1

The United States has tried to increase pressure on Beijing.

China has rejected a statement by the leaders of the Group of Seven (G7) that described a shared approach towards Beijing, looking to “de-risk, not duplicate” economic dialogue and aim to their human rights record and territorial claims.

China’s foreign ministry said Beijing was strongly against the G7 joint statement and complained to the summit organizer in Japan.

The United States has sought to increase pressure on Beijing, as its military and foreign relations with the European Union grow closer amid the war between Russia and Ukraine.

So where does that leave the US’s European relations and its trade ties with Beijing?
