Another offer by Choice Hotels to strike a deal Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has fallen flat.
After months of stalled negotiations for a deal that would unite two of the country’s largest budget hotel owners, Wyndham’s board received a letter from Pat Pacius on Nov. 14, in which Choice’s top executive tried to restart talks and reach a deal with Wyndham by the end of the year, officials said Tuesday.
